If you’ve already completed your purchase but need to make a change to your address or delivery details, contact us within 12 hours of your purchase so we can help you.

If your club is not listed at checkout, please select ‘Other – My Club is not on the list’. This will open a text box for you to enter your club’s name. A percentage of your total order purchase amount will then be allocated by us to your club. It’s that simple!

Not at the moment, due to the nature of suppliers in Europe, we can’t offer this service. Always remember, you get the best deals at the best prices with the added bonus 10% goes to your nominated club or charity!

You can submit refund requests by sending a message on Contact Us page. You will have to pay for the return postage charges. (for details read our Payments section
